Debt Forgiveness for the Homeless

In the event that a person is homeless and has no job, and can't find a job for more than 6 months.  All Debts must be forgiven.  This includes Defaulted Student Loans and All other Defaulted Loans, and Credit Card Debt.

If a person is in this situation, Child Support Should be waved until The person can get on their feet.  And the Child Support Should be a small percentage of their pay check.  If they make less than $200 a week, that is not enough to ask for child support.

If a family is homeless and the parents have defaulted loans.  The loans MUST be forgiven.  And they should be granted the ability to file for bankruptcy for free, and all their debts(including student loans, defaulted loans)should be wiped clean.

Many Times they can't file for bankruptcy because they literally have no money...What money they do have, has to be used for survival.

There is not enough help out there for the homeless, and it's next to impossible to get daycare and jobs, especially without a car.

So, the least the government can do, is provide them debt forgiveness, and the chance to get back on their feet.
