Hoy, Jueves 24 de abril el Parlamento Europeo no declaró al MRTA como grupo terrorista./ Today, April 24th tje European parliament hadn`t declared MRTA as a terrorist group.
Tal como lo dice la Comisión de la Verdad y la Reconciliación, el MRTA es uno de los mayores culpables del conflicto civil que sufrió el Perú durante los años 80s y 90s. En sus prácticas estaban el secuestro de personas, el trato inhumano hacia las personas que opinen diferente a ellos y su posterior ejecución con el argumento de tener un proyecto totalitario donde vanagloriaban a su líder Victor Polay Campos./ As was said by the Truth & Reconciliation Commision, MRTA is guilty for the civil conflict we had in the 80s and 90s. In their practice there were some kidnapped people, the inhuman treat towards the people who opose the pacificaly and their execution with the arguement of having a totalitarian proyect where they idolatratate their leader Victor Polay Campos.
Los peruanos nos sentimos ofendidos porque el MRTA fue parte del terror que amenazó nuestro país, y declararlo como grupo beligerante es una posición muy benigna para ese grupo./ We, as peruvians, are feeling offended because MRTA was a part of the terror which treathended our country, and treating them as a belligerant group its very soft if we see the actions the had made.
Si bien Sendero Luminoso causó el mayor número de bajas humanas, no hay que aceptar que este grupo terrorista no sea declarado como tal, y es por eso que le pido a la izquierda europea que no vote por un instintivo sino que vote por los ideales de justicia para aquellos que han desaparecido y muerto durante esos años de terror./ Evethough the Shinning Path caused a higher number of death toll, we shouldn`t support this kind of group not to be called as they are, and that`s why I wish the left wing partidaries of the europarliament not to vote for a position but for ideals of justice to thos people who had dissapeared and been killed during those years of terror.
