Delay Unneeded Fed. Funded Roundabout

We, citizens of the United States of voting age, wish the Government to delay the federally funded 6.1 million dollar twin roundabout project at SR 548 and I-5 located in Blaine Washington.  The project is scheduled to break ground as early as 1 March 2010.

The citizens have shown the project is unneeded, is fatally flawed, and

will result in perment damage to our business community.  WSDOT officials have refused to listen to our reasonable concerns, have lied to our community, have offered illegal vehicle manoevers as solutions and have distorted basic facts concerning the project.

Our group consists of 95% of local business in the area, and we have the support of the majority of the Blaine City Council.
