Direct the private companies to fix Rs.10,000/ per month for minimumwages

In the name of economy development, government is trying to privatize the industries, it means again we are inviting feudal lord system, and workers of the industries are being exploited due to lack of social securities. What I practically observe, even the facilities like ESI,EPF,& others have not been extended to their workers working for different call centers,where more than 200 workers are working in a state. The marketing line is also very very difficult, and target thereof on consumer items may not be full filled which depends upon the demand of market.. If the private companies are unable to provide minimum wages of Rs.10,000/ per month to all  skilled workers ( below matriculate), those companies should be taken over by the the government to upkeep the social securities of those workers. Lack of basic requirements may create zealousness  among the depressed people, and also create crimes and terrors along with political unrest as it is their human right to live in this society.
