Double Whammy

The valuation is already high and should satisfy most home owners however the request for 50K to 80K above valuation, and recently even 100K, is just making Singapore HDB flats unaffordable. I find that this is fuelled by agents and the double whammy is that they also want to claim from both the seller and buyer the commissions.
