End the Ignorance

C2 is deliberately allowing petitions to be posted and sponsored even though they know the information whithin the petitions to be untrue.  Misleading well-intentioned care2 members and activists is grossly unprofessional and irresponsible.  I propose that any petition that is posted be required to be fully researched and documented, so that all are safely informed and as accurately as possible.  Also, I believe those who create, sponsor, or otherwise promote misinformation through the use of the C2 petition system be heald accountable.  These people should be required to do remediation and banned from the C2 site, and held for libel.
