End transgender discrimination at Lu's Pharmacy

Lu's Pharmacy, part of Vancouver Women's Health Collective holds a women-born-women policy. This means that you must have been "born a woman" to enter.

According to their policy, transsexual women are not allowed in their women-serving pharmacy. Nor are intersexed women (women born with "ambiguous genitalia) who were subject to involuntary and crude "corrective" surgeries.)

This practice perpetuates transphobia & by turning a transwoman away shows her another indignity & prejudice from a place that could be a safe place to have her prescription needs met.
Please end your discriminatory practice of turning away transwomen from your pharmacy.  Your policy discriminatory policy is yet another roadblock in the path of equality & social justice.
