The NHS in UK is refusing to do restorative dentistry that requires sedation, calling medical cosmetic .However when linked to disability & recognised conditions this is a safety risk. But because administrations doing as told directed by accountants that are making decisions where one has to pay to discuss suitability.I have been blocked from dental & cosmetic work due to the non medical doing procedures that effect the medical using equipment where don't want risk. This increases as you age .Anaethetists who are contracted in won't take risk if you have had cardiac problems leaving you in limbo as noone seems to have the ethics to monitor & oversee fairly.
