Give the Kids Recess!

I remember when i was a child enjoying 30 minutes of recess in the morning and 30 in the afternoon. Now children are only getting 15 minutes in the morning, and we are still wondering what the cause of childhood obesity is. The children for 5 3/4 hours of the day are doing nothing couped up in a classroom, and when they get home at 4:00 they have 2 hours to play which most children misuse this time inside on electronics. So for almost all children the most exercise they get in the day is that 15 minute short recess. So when you raise the recess time we will reduce widespread obesity in america.
