Everyday as I walk home from my bus stop, I have to pass by dogs that are chained up. This deeply disturbs me. So I decided to create a petition to help stop this, so I won't have to worry about a chained dog getting off his chain.

We the undersigned are signing to help chained dogs where Victoria Truelove lives. She has to walk home from a bus stop every weekday. She passes by chained dogs, and she worries that the dogs might get off the chain. So she cared enough to create this petition which will help chained dogs in Rockmart.
