Help cloning Michael Jackson !

I am sure that most of you will agree that Michael Jackson has had a tragic life. He was incredibly talented and his music and dancing were gorgeous ! On the private side he was not so lucky and his last years have been very tragic.   So if we could have him a second time, everything could be done better: he should be raised in a loving and caring environment, certainly not in Joe Jackson`s home. His talent should be supported and perhaps we could all enjoy a second michael already in 5 oder 6 years. He himself would have a second chance for a better life, he should be allowed to have a happy childhood, to undergo the heights and depths of adolescence, to fall in love, to build a stable personality and have a normal life. I think he deserves this ! 
For all the people who like his music and dancing it would be great to have him a second time. And perhaps we could see him grow through the years with his own, unchanged face. 
I am convinced that this is possible and that scientists are able to do it technically. Especially when he has donated sperm (which is said how at least one of his children was created), and I am also sure that parts of his body are kept frozen. Of course it is not allowed legally but perhaps an exception is possible in this case !
