Help Colorado Raise Wild Horse Population rise

Yes My name is Audrey like breakfast at Tiffanys star Audrey Hepburn i also go by Hepburn instead of Audrey I don't care what you call me. I am 16 and i want to change the worlds animals. why are pit bulls treated different from other dogs, what about the wild life that is in the city, they are here in the city because because we are taking over thier natural habitat, and what happened to colorado past large wild horse herds and our grizzly bears. This Petitions is for the wild horses! I need help starting an organization and earning enough money to save the  colorado horse population its time to breed horses in a wild herd on many of thosands of acres in
Colorado.
(I got this fabulous idea from "The man from snowy River" and "Return to Snowy River" and Geneesee park wild buffalo and Elk herd type fences)  i will work the ranch once i finish highschool early.
