House Bill 70 to help prevent animal cruelty!

This is based on a true story. A woman from New york and her husband owned a rottweiler and they put them in a kennel for training/boarding. They called the kennel periodically to make sure they're dog was ok. Every time they called, the owner said they're dog was fine. Well, here it so happens the kennel wasnt doing good as he said it was. The animal welfare got called on him from a neighbor and found out there were 12 dogs injured and dying,5 dogs dead. This is for all the animals to stop animal cruelty!
