Please sign my petition to increase excise taxes on tobacco products in West Virginia

The excise tax on cigarettes in West Virginia $0.55 as compared to New York where it is $4.35. I am quite sure that the citizens of West Virginia could use the extra revenue just like other States have. Please ask the governor of West Virginia to raise the excise taxes on tobacco products. Not only could a substantial revenue increase help health care programs, but also programs to educate people to the great dangers of using tobacco products.
