Keeping Computer Files Secure from US Border Patrol

There is a new understanding, from internally available Border Patrol procedures, that allow for any incoming traveler's digital device to be arbitrarily confiscated, without cause, upon entry into the US. Seems that with hard drives being filled with data that MIGHT include insurrectionist or illegal files(read that music or video files too), that means ANYONE, including US residents, may find their computers confiscated, and unavailable for undetermined lengths of time.

Congressman Kucinich.as a leader in free thinking, we petition you to reverse this 'policy' decision, with a formal review of this US Border Patrol situation, through your sub committee assignment on the House Judiciary committee.
