Parliament had passed its verdict. It had found Amos Kimunya wanting. The Grand Regency saga looked as though the last straw that broke the camel's back. Parliament had had enough of Kimunya's arrogance.
From the sale of Telcom, Safaricom, The Grand Regency Hotel among othrs unknown to the public, Hon. Kimunya track record has clearly shown that he lacks the understanding of State Corporations and rather, his attention is pitched at robbing Kenya its property.

Hon. Amos Kimunya is back at it again. Using a new report by a consortium of advisers, led by Dutch consultants CPCS Transcom, which was retained by the government to advise on the transaction, has proposed a complete transfer of responsibility for the port to private operators.
The CPCS Transcom Consortium that includes Standard Investment Bank, CB Richard Ellis, Centre for Development Consultants and local legal firm Mboya & Wangongu have done a great job since the group was contracted to provide advisory services on the privatisation transaction in December 2009. It has proposed viable privitalization strategies of state corporations among which includes inviting private sector players to build a new container terminal on berths 11 to 14 and then transfer management and temporary ownership for an agreed fee.

This petition queries;
1. The documents seen by The EastAfrican, that the consultants have advised that the new container terminal be privatised through what is referred to as a BOT concession %u2014 build, operate and transfer.
2. The transfer of a strategic asset to private individuals/companies
3. The dockworkers union concerns

This petition is to ask the President of the Republic of Kenya Mwai Kibaki, and the Prime Minister to SACK among others Mr Kimunya, his Permanent Secretary Cyrus Njiru, chief executive of KPA Gichiri Ndua
This petititon also asks the PM Raila Odinga and President Mwai Kibaki to come out clean on the sale of state property and the pride of Kenya. Their silence has send undesired signals on the fight against corruption.

KIMUNUYA MUST GO NOW. HE HAS SOLD AND IS SELLING OUR LAND AT THROW AWAY PRICE. MR AMOS KIMUNYA IS CORRUPT AND HE MUST PACK NOW. AMOS KIMUNYA MUST GO.

After the infamous "Scramble and Petition of Africa" by European Countries in 1884-85, Britain came to Kenya and acquired Maasai Land through the then reliogous leader Ole Lenana and made him the Maasai de jure leader (paramount chief). These 1904 & 1911 Aglo-Maasai Agreements are still an open wound in Kenya to date. The cause of the land problem in Kenya is a result of the then selfish leaders in complete ingnorance, if not lack of vision, auctioned land and the birth rites of generations to come to the highest bidder.

We the undersigned equate the 1904-1911 Aglo-Maasai Agreements to the sale of State Property by the government and more so, Hon. Amos Kimunya,
