do not have to be labelled. But what's a GMO?
GMO stands for
'Genetically Modified Organism. This is the result of a laboratory process of taking genes from one species and inserting them into another in an attempt to obtain a desired trait or characteristic, hence they are also known as transgenic organisms. This process may be called either Genetic Engineering (GE) or Genetic Modification (GM); they are one and the same.
What are the Health Risks of consuming GMO's?
There are a number of dangers that broadly fall into the categories of potential toxins, allergens, carcinogens, new diseases, antibiotic resistant diseases, and nutritional problems.

Test in animals/livestock have confirmed that GMO's cause:
-Causes Allergies, Damages Immune Systems
-Causes Damage to virtually EVERY Organ
-Reproductive Harm & Infant Mortality
-Sterility, Disease (including Cancer), and Death

It is feared that in the future, GMO's could cause certain bacteria to become antibiotic resistant and create 'super diseases'. GMO's also have a huge effect on the environment.
We need to act fast and demand that GMO Foods and Products are properly LABELED! Because when you unknowingly buy GM foods and products, you are supporting the companies that grow GMO foods/crops/animals.
