Make AT&T DSL available completely in Missouri

We the undersigned, are sick of slow dial up and costly satellite. While DSL is probably the most practical alternative due to cheaper costs to run(as it runs through phone lines and not cable lines), it is severely inadequately supplied. And, in this day and age, high speed internet desperately needed. An increasing number of websites are building solely on the Flash and Javascript engines. All of the TV shows and movies we all have come to enjoy are making their way to the internet. And satellite is not a good alternative because if a storm comes up, even a slight rain, you will lose signal. Now this could mean big trouble, especially if a person is taking an internet college and is in class at the moment. Right now, some of us are paying more money for dial up than we would have to, to get AT&T DSL. You may not know this, but the United States is number 28 on the list of fastest global broadband speeds. Why? It is because Missouri and every other state here and their rural areas do not have access to the speeds they need.
