Mandated Business Recycling

              Business and industry comprise 75% of landfill waste. This can be significantly reduced with waste minimalization,and recycling.  Recycling should considered as the cost of doing business, not as hassle. In 50 years the landfills will  be mined. Business should be required to state mandate of 25% with 50% diversion within 5 years.
