Mazaya "The Villa" Project, Dubailand, Dubai

We would like to come together as a group of concerned home owners and petition certain financial issues and structural glitches related to "The Villa" project which have impacted all of us tremendously. The main issues we are raising are: a] Landscaping as per initial promise by Mazaya, b] Compensation for delays well beyond any contractual clause, c] No additional interest charge courtesy delays for mortgage owners d] Quality of the finished homes to be in sync with the specifications handed over, e] Building boundary wall & gate in front which are important for security and privacy. We also appoint Ricky, Sameh and Jon to represent us as Co-ordinators of the Owners Committee.
