More Funding for the people who really need it

This petition will help the needy, become less needy. It will ensure that everyone in the U.S that needs help, will get help. It ensures that no american, african-american, or any race, color or gender will be ignored. Please support this petition to help pay for children with dreams, dreams that are too expensive for the family to afford. I know that if the government chipped in, every child would have a good life. Every penny would help children with dreams. And i know, because i still have a dream, a dream my family cannot afford.
