New Community Center Needed for Disabled Adults in Charlotte, North Carolina

I have a disabled adult who lives in the home.  He is 26 and there is nothing for him to do in Charlotte.  There are two places disabled adults can go.  They are Inner Vision and the Friendship club.   Both are in old buildings and offer very limited services.    I would like to see a new building where disabled adults can come and go.   There would be a movie room, a computer room, an indoor and outdoor garden, a store, video games, pool tables, ping pong table,  a large hongout area, a foosball table and an arts and crafts area.  Charlotte is growing and so is the population of disabled adults living in Charlotte.  We need a new center that offers the services needed in 2008.  I hope the City of Charlotte will  donate some land or a building so we can get this project started.
