=> A Restaurant owner, Tavern Owner, Bar Owner, Night Club Owner, Theater owner, or owner of any public accomodation, ETC., may deny anyone service and deny patronage, for any reason, WITHOUT Civil Court Lawsuits, and WITHOUT Criminal Charges for Racial Discrimination.

=> A House Owner, Building Owner, Apartment Owner, Hotel Owner, Motel Owner etc., may decide NOT to rent, NOR Sell to anyone, WITHOUT Civil Court Lawsuits, NOR Criminal Charges for RACIAL DISCRIMINATION.
