Dear friends for a nuclear-free Malaysia,
The Malaysian government has decided that they will embark on the use of nuclear reactor as source of energy reaction. Nuclear reactors are time bombs that can eliminate your children and loved ones in a matter of seconds. The chances of you losing your entire generations are very great.
We have seen repeatedly that the risks of failures are very high. No amount of engineering technology can ensure that accident will not happen. Our environments are changing. Areas which have not seen earthquakes for over the last 100 years are now feeling the brunt of changes in global elements. There is no guarantee that earth quake will not hit Malaysia. In the last several years, many parts of Malaysia have felt minor tremors.
Today, Japan a country that is well known for its technology, is suffering from serious risk of nuclear meltdown. The risk is too great. For the risk that we are facing, we should explore other alternative energy sources. There are plenty of green energy out there that is waiting to be harvested.
Therefore let say NO TO NUCLEAR POWER IN MALAYSIA.
