Protecion of Children and College Students

A)To protect College Students from Registered Sex Offenders being allowed on or near a college campus as listed in Megan's Law. 
B)To improve a location of a sex offender with a implanted chip monitored by a Satellite Global Positioning System.
C)Design a Remote Industrial Plant/Housing Area in a remote area for Registered Sex Offenders to train and work to build products in the U.S. that as of now are being imported in order to improve U.S. economy. In addition, a percentage of the Registered Sex Offenders salary would be donated to their victim's families.
D) More Legally enforced charges and conviction's if a Sex Offender does not Register.
E) Increase the 2,000 feet law to 5,000 feet as listed in Jessica's Law.
F) Require any place of business with emphasis on Grocery Stores, Schools, Colleges and Universities, Hospitals and Public Parks to publicly display the local Registered Sex Offender's list.
G)Amend Code Adam and Amber Alert in order for any business to include a mandatory check on meganslaw.ca.gov. The likely suspect would be a sex offender.
H)Inform the general public that Transients also register as Registered Sex Offenders.
I)Eliminate Sex Offenders any access to website's. If violated, a minamum sentence of 7 years will be automatically enforced.
J) Federal Government creates a System at no expense to the victim for mental healthcare, physical health care and emotional health care.
K) Federal Government creates a Music and Pet Therapy Center for Victim's and their Families at no expense, but the Prosecuted Sex Sex Offender must pay for.
L) Remove the Three Strikes Law when a Registered Sex Offender is Prosecuted.
M)Enforce the Death Penalty when a Registered Sex Offender has commited Murder.

My goal is to see to it that no College Student becomes a potential victim or a future Ted Bundy and get Registered Sex Offenders away from College Campuses. And to improve protecting children or any potential future, or previous victim.

In my Research over the Years, I've found that a Majority of Unsolved/Cold Cases are related to the Fact that the Victims are Children and College Students.  Let's Send Our Government a Message that no Registered Sex Offender will Contaminate any more People!

In the Future and with Her Family's Permission, I hope to Re-Name this Proposed Law, Brianna's Law.  Brianna Dennison was a Student at Santa Barbara City College/UCSB.  She was from Reno, Nevada and a Murder Victim.
