Protect Air Pacific Workers’ Rights at Work

On September 9th the Fijian Government implemented the Essential National Industries Decree. Workers at Air Pacific now have only 60 days to secure their existing wages and conditions and rights to union representation in a new collective agreement.

We the undersigned call on Air Pacific to ensure that:
  • The decree is not used as an opportunity to undermine existing wages and conditions at Air Pacific
  • All Air Pacific workers have the right to collective bargaining
  • All Air Pacific workers have the right to union representation
  • Negotiations at Air Pacific should not take place under duress or in exchange for job offers
We commit to standing with our Fijian brothers and sisters to fight for their rights at work.
