RECALL JUDGE NANCY A. POLLARD

Nancy Polard is a biased, inept uneducated judge that is more unprepared than she is prepared to hear cases involving the lives of children. Pollard is more interested in punishing the wrong party rather than sit and hear the facts. Pollard is known to harass, threaten and place persons in harms way by her blundering actions while on the bench. The CA Comm. on Judicial Performance refuses to hear or consider investigating Pollard so the nexyt best thing to do is recall and remove from the bench so a fair and unbiased person may fill her spot.
