Rename The Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame

For those millions of us who are Rock 'N' Rollers, we are insulted and dishonored that a museum calling itself The Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame, would allow musical acts such as MADONNA, RUN-D.M.C. and Grandmaster Flash, into the building with true Rock Legends as Elvis Presley, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC and Metallica.

If you have to ask the question, "Why Does It Matter", then you need to ask yourself two questions "Do You Listen To Today's TOP 40", and "Do You Enjoy Dancing And Dance Music". If you answered YES, to both questions, then their is no hope for you in understanding why its important for an Rock 'N' Roll band like KISS to be in a place called The Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame, before a non-Rock act like Run-D.M.C.    

This is not a racial issue. Some of Rock 'N' Roll's greatest artists were African-Americans; Jimi Hendrix, Chuck Berry, Little Richard and Prince. It's also embarrassing, that Phil Lynott singer/songwriter/bassist and member of the renowned Irish Rock band Thin Lizzy is not in the Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame, but Grandmaster Flash is. Can you explain that? 

What STEEL 93 Internet Radio is proposing is the following; rename the museum either the American Music Hall Of Fame, or call it what it really is The Rolling Stone Magazine Music Fame Of Fame.

Does Wayne Gretzky belong in the Baseball Hall Of Fame in Cooperstown, New York? Does Joe Montana belong in the Hockey Hall Of Fame in Toronto, Canada? What about Babe Ruth? Does he belong in the Football Hall Of Fame in Canton, Ohio? With that said, ask yourself "Does Mariah Carey deserve to be in a place called The Rock 'N' Roll Hall Of Fame?" There my friends is the insult and dishonoring that will continue, until ROLLING STONE magazine renames that building. It's a plain as day. There is a difference between a circle and a square. Like their is a difference between a hockey puck and a football, like Led Zeppelin and Lady Ga Ga.
