Save foster children abused by foster parents in Japan

Many foster children in Japan has been abused by their foster parents.
Includes: beating, refuse giving food, refuse letting take a bath or shower, refuse washing clothes, refuse buying things they need such as clothes and stationeries, sexual abuse, etc.

Most of foster parents accept foster children not because they want to take care them, but because they want money.
Japanese government pay foster parents large amount of money.
Therefore, greedy people would accept foster children.
Most of foster parents lie that they are taking care the children free of charge.

Child Guidance Center knows what's happening and does nothing.
National Foster Parent Association of Japan even encourage child abuse.
One of the abuser, his screen name is Sido, is a representative of National Foster Parent Association of Japan.
