Seaside Plantation consists of only single family homes within six distinct neighborhoods. The 70.83 undeveloped acres (TMS# 427-00-00-050, -064 & -065) are currently zoned Diverse Residential (DR-6) which would allow the very high density development of 300-400 apartment units, which is out of character with the surrounding neighborhoods.

The character and quiet enjoyment of Seaside Plantation would be dramatically altered if multi-family development were allowed. Our residents are also very concerned about the impact that multi-family units would have on traffic volume, safety, and our property values.
