"SHOCK PROBATION" for Bo Walter Pillsbury....NO!

Michael was torn from our lives on November 28th, 2009.  He was the passenger in the vehicle and was being driven home from work by his manager, Heather Swor.  Michael was killed instantly and Heather will suffer lifetime injuries because Bo Pillsbury would not give up his keys.  His BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) was close to being 3'x legal limit.  19 years old on that date.  Our lives, trust, and family changed forever that day.  Our son was killed, crushed by a drunk driver.

Four (4) months after killing Michael, he was cited with an MIP while celebrating Mardi Gras.  He was senenced to 10 years for each charge (2) to be served concurrent.  Makin, his attorney has now petitioned the court for shock probation after serving only 6 months of his sentence.  Basically, shock probation is supervised probation.  Bo Pillsbury does not deserve any type of probation.  He has a history of drinking and driving.  I will continue to fight for Michael and everyone who can no longer speak for themselves because they lost their lives to drunk drivers. 

I see this as a slap in my son's face and a complete insult to our family.  We have suffered so much since Michael was killed and this request shows me that my son's life and death meant nothing.  I WILL NEVER ACCEPT THIS REQUEST.......
