SPCA AND ANIMAL CONTROL ARE CRUEL

i resently called and asked Aniaml control  if someone was allowed to shoot a animal and they told me if someone belives their cat or dog is sick they are allowed one clear shot with a gun to the head i believe this is animal cruility and i am starting a potition on this group and am hoping to get many signatures to ghange this law i have also called ctv news please help by signing this potition to help pass the by-law that some can be charged for shooting these innocent animals i dont think its fair or humane and why would the SPCA be named Society for the Prevention of Cruility to Animals if their saying if you believe your cat or dog is sick you can shoot them in the head once this to me is cruel because anyone can shoot a animal healthy or sick ad say i thought they were sick so please hep me stop this by signing this petition.
