In mid 2008 Acura released the new 2009 Acura TL. Having kept the last generation body style for over 3 years, a drastic and not so welcome change occurred. I won't comment about the rest of the car and how it looks like last years Maxima, but what I will comment on, is something that I feel confident everyone with moderate tastes can concur with. The GRILL IS HORRIBLE!!!! The huge obtrusive, over bearing, toxic to the eyes grill with an Acura logo stuck in the middle for good measure. If you agree with me and millions of other Acura lovers, please sign this petition to get Acura to pay attention to what their loyal customers like and have this crude and overly exaggerated symbol of excellence shrank, removed, changed from any future Acura models and corrected next year so we can buy a 2010 Acura TL without getting made fun of, or having (for God%u2019s sake) put a bra on the front of the thing. We like Acura, but don't need a 15 foot sign above our heads saying so. We show our love by, buying Acura%u2019s every 2 or 3 years and sharing our enthusiasm with our friends, family and Co-workers who may eventually also buy an Acura.
