Stop letting woman do drugs while pregnant

I am so tired of seeing woman pregnant or breast feeding and doing drugs, I am appalled that our state of washington would allow this to go without any form of action taking place, we should be making sure that  these woman don't use while pregnant but also not to be using while breast feeding, I think that the doctors should be more concerned and willing to make the step of testing them, I am unsure of why we don't, I know that in the state of California does and that they take it very seriously, so I am wondering why we don't, I hope that by starting a petition that we can change this and get a law passed that woman not only be tested through pregnancy but that the infants are tested after being born, I think that we owe that to our next generation.
