Supporting homeless animals in Latvia

Please support the only pet-rescue organization in my city "Juglas Patversme".
We live in a country, where animal rights aren't among the preorities of the society. Today, the problem of abandoned pets and homeless and abused animals is growing very vast, because of the economical situation in Latvia. Many people throw out their dogs and cats, because they aren't able to support them any more.
This winter in our country is very harsh and all these animals are suffering not only from hunger, but also from the unusual freeze.
Not much can be done to provide these poor animals with shelter, because the organization exists only because of the donations.
