Support Jesse Forrey! Enough is Enough!
The State of Minnesota, Ramsey County and City of Saint Paul have taken Jesse Forrey away from his family and friends for 8 months and counting without him being found guilty of any crime. As he invokes his rights under the Constitution he has been punished by the courts, forced to remain across the continent from his home, loved ones and his way of life. Using the power of the court to emotionally damage and intimidate someone is not acceptable. 8 plus months Jesse has managed to live separated from his home, contributing and volunteering in the Twin Cities as he awaits trial. The offered maximum sentence for his charge was 180 days, yet the State still forces him to live in exile, and demands jail time. We say enough is enough! Let his time be served, send him home!
We the undersigned hereby request that you release Jesse Forrey from Minnesota and allow him to return to his life as a beloved, contributing citizen of California. We ask this of you with the understanding that he has already politely and dutifully spent over twelve (12) months processing and learning from the events of September, 2008 and spent over eight months doing time away from his friends and family. Thank you for your time and for having the compassion to what is right.
