Texas State Representative Krusee shouldn't be above the law that he helped create. The Texas Driver

Mike Krusee's position as a Texas State Representative does not and should not exclude him from the rules, regulations, and stipulations of the law of Texas. This is more true in regard to Mike Krusee because he sponsored The Driver Responsibility Law. The dismissal of the DUI charges against Mike Krusee creates precedence and further fosters the notion that there are two separate justice systems; a your one of us so we will pretend that evidence like the dash camera video doesn't exist on your DUI so the charge will be dismissed and a harsh system for the everyday person. The person responsible for withholding the dash camera video of Mike Krusee's DUI arrest is Attorney General Greg Abbott.  This petition is to ask that the DUI charges that were recently dismissed against Mike Krusee because of insufficient evidence be reinstated. It is also to ask that Attorney General Greg Abbott release the dash camera video of the arrest and quit trying to sweep evidence under the rug. Mike Krusee should have his day in court in front of a jury of his peers. This jury should be able to see all the evidence and make their decision based on that evidence. Judge Chuck Miller should be excluded from any decisions regarding Mike Krusee's DUI case. It's time for the state to step up to the plate and reinstate.
