To End Marijuana Prohibition

We, the Cannabis smoking public of this great Union and all who stand with us on principle, are petitioning the Federal Government of The United States and all 50 State Governments for the following:

-         The full and complete legalization of Cannabis, Hemp, and all other Marijuana-related activities. This includes buying, selling, consuming, transporting, or possessing Marijuana, Marijuana plants, Marijuana seeds, or Marijuana paraphernalia.

-         The release of all persons currently incarcerated in any form in these United States for Marijuana-related offenses, and the dismissal of all pending criminal and civil cases dealing with the same.

We are your teachers, firemen, policemen, construction workers, office workers, mechanics, nurses, doctors, lawyers, government workers, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, sons, and daughters. We are citizens of these United States. We petition in the hope of stopping the useless violence and the massive outlay of resources directly related to fighting the War on Marijuana.
