Unchain Dogs in all of Volusia County Florida

Im Im not real good at this but her I go.There are alot of chained dogs in the neighborhood where I live.And most of theme are very neglected and abused.I do what I can for them and all the strays around here.I am trying to get as many signatures by the 20th of Febuary to take with me to a meeting concerning this law.We would like to see this law abolished and to educate people as to what being chained up does to a dog.I myself cannot stand seing a dog chained.I think it is so cruel
