Double Dipping Mother
Child Support Enforcement Agency is using the strength of the courts and allowing my Ex to double dip monetarily. By the CSEA formula our children should receive support at 740 a month. Our kids already receive about 1100 in child support in the form of adoption subsidies. CSEA does not acknowledge subsidies; she gets over 900 from me totaling 2000 (CSEA self-preservation).
The rules and laws that govern the CSEA allow them to relentless pursuit has driven this Dad into poverty. When entering CSEA building in Lorain there was a BIG sign stating FATHERS HAVE RIGHTS [What a Joke!!]. A father should have civil rights to be a DAD, not a notch in CSEA belt. There is definitely a need for child support in most cases, but this unique situation the courts and CSEA should not allow my EX to Double Dipping.
I lost my house, filing bankruptcy and lost my job. I live with my sister in the basement. No one in concerned I have e-mailed or called Senator, Representative, Governor, Washington, CSEA, Job And Family Services, Newspapers, Television, ACLU, Radio and too many more to remember. All these agencies, government and media have done is nothing as of yet.
EXAMPLE- In 1990, %u2026 divorced father Bobby Sherrill was captured in Kuwait and spent nearly five harrowing months %u2026 hostage. When released Mr. Sherrill was arrested for not paying $1,425 in child support while he was a hostage. [Bias governing laws]
