USA should negotiate with TALIBAN in Afghanistan in Peaceful manner...

The newly elected US President B.Obama should give focus on the Negotiation with TALIBAN Force in Afghanistan in a Peaceful manner. It is a gound fact that "TALIBAN force is a strong force in the most areas of Afghanistan" so to resolve the Afghanistan Problem they must be included in the negotiation.
