Her recent Breeder's Cup showed the world, showed the skeptics, reinforced to her loyal fans and connections that she is simply the best horse we have seen in years, that she will go down in history as a special one for the ages. Besides her obvious stellar talent, charisma and unique showmanship, Zenyatta has amassed 6 G1s with 1 loss whereas her competition for this award, Blame, only has 4G1s with 1 loss. Zenyatta proved she can beat the males, proved she can beat the males Blame beat and was beaten by, proved she can travel, proved she can race miraculously on synthetic and dirt, almost winning on dirt by 3 inches in this year's Breeder's Cup.
