Help save animals from bring abandoned

Many animals are left in the cold or just given up their owners. I personally think if you don't plan to take full responsibiltity in owning a pet or plan to abandon it, you shouldn't get an animal. They are living beings are have feelings. They deserve love and respect. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but they shouldn't prove their point by mistreating animals. I had a cute little German Shepard and Husky mix when I was littler and they found him and his sisters, he was the only boy, behind a trash can, in the middle of winter, in a box. The puppies had such bad frostbite on their feet I had to carry him outside and he had to have a box inside to go to the bathroom because his feet were too sensitive. Please help stop such incidences like this and sign my petition.
