Wheelie Bin Parking Ticket Petition

A Carmarthenshire Council Parking Warden is being 'Investigated' for having a sense of humour! The action by this Parking Warden, namely placing an EMPTY Parking Ticket envelope on a poorly positioned Wheelie Bin, should be commended because he has interacted positively with the Public. This petition is to inform Carmarthenshire Council that the people who pay Council Employees throughout the UK do not want this Parking Warden to be disciplined or disadvantaged in any way for his action.
