Seventeen Horses Abused and Neglected at These Stables Meant to Protect, Raise, and Train Them

Seventeen horses in New York were found suffering under the care of someone entrusted to raise, train, and protect them. Found malnourished and neglected at stables in Verona, the animals endured conditions so severe that, tragically, one horse had to be euthanized due to untreated injuries. These innocent animals deserved better.

Sign the petition to demand a lifetime ban on animal ownership and mandatory counseling for the person responsible for this abuse.

These horses were not just property,  they were living beings dependent on humans for care. Instead of nourishment and safety, they experienced suffering and neglect.

Allowing someone capable of this cruelty to ever own or care for animals again would be unconscionable. Mandatory mental health counseling is also necessary to address the deeper issues behind this level of disregard for animal welfare.

These horses cannot speak for themselves, but together we can ensure their suffering was not in vain.

Sign now to demand justice: a permanent ban on animal ownership, removal from any position of animal care, and mandatory mental health counseling.
