Outlaw communism in all democratic countries

Here are 2 reasons:
1. In communist countries, like in Nazi countries, human rights were abused and thousands of people were executed or put to concentration camps for no reason. Nazism has been outlawed since 1945 & so communism should be.
2. A UN Security Council resolution (unfortunately I don't remember its number) declared communism and nazism as equally destructive ideologies.
