Shooting Police in Delaware will never be tolerated

The shooting of a Delaware state trooper on Wednesday August 6, 2014 should have been classified as attempted murder, and held on $1000,000 bail.

Our policemen are our only protection against anarchy, and anyone who shoots a police officer should have severe punishment.

I am proposing a law that would give a minimum of 10 years in prison without parole, and if the officer is injured or killed, life without parole
