Stop the wild life trophy hunters

These people charge thousands of dollars per person, giving them the right to kill native wild life for pleasure and for trophies without care or concern for the conseqence of for example the young of the animals they kill. Bears and lions are but a few on their hit lists. What governments allow and grant a licence to kill native wildlife like this?
