Justice for Noorie

Noorie is a beautiful eight year old dog who was brutally raped and had an 11 inch stick inserted in her private parts. She is slowly recovering with the help of Bombay Animal Rights and is receiving excellent care. Dog rape is India is against the law, but the penalty is very lenient. I want the current laws to be upheld and enforced and a much harsher punishment for animal abusers.
