His name is Mark Cross and he is one of the many individuals in the State of New York that were wrongfully convicted of crimes and sentenced to lengthy prison terms. Mark has been in prison since 1995, he's accused in the shooting death of Derrick Greene in which he was sentenced to 25 to life, for shooting Willie Greene, which he was sentenced to 12 ½ to 25 yrs, and the shooting of Nelson Sepulveda in which he was sentenced to 7 ½ to 15 yrs. All of these sentences to run consecutively which equals a 45 to life prison term. The corrupt actions of Lance Ogiste, counsel to the Kings County District Attorney's Office, and the false testimony of Emma Fonville, Don Juan Britt, Willie Green and Randy King are the only reasons Mark is incarcerated right now. These four individuals lied on the stand in regards to their testimony. Don Juan has since admitted that his testimony was false and coerced by the DA’s office. Emma and Randy have both made verbal admissions, admitting that their testimony was false as well. Mark was never arrested at the scene and there was NO physical evidence tying him to any of these crimes… SO, WHY IS MARK CROSS STILL IN PRISON??? It’s the same question asked by TEAM CROSS and countless individuals who were wrongfully convicted of crimes under the regime of former Brooklyn District Attorney Charles Hynes.
